Free Fax Desk is built at a working front desk and improved as the desk asks for things. Newest first. Everything here is in the current download unless it says otherwise.
Want these as they land? Join the founding list - one short email when something ships, nothing else.

Every fax service says "accepted" the moment it takes your pages. Whether the machine on the other end picked up is a different question - and the answer used to live in an email, if it came at all.

Our launch story went out on EIN Presswire: how a busy healthcare front desk got tired of the pile and built a smarter shared inbox for its digital fax number.

A review page that takes thirty seconds, a wall where the reviews show up, and a founding list for people who want to hear when something ships.

The desk asked for two things after a day of real use, so they shipped the same evening.

A short captioned demo of a morning at the desk: faxes arriving with names on them, one assigned, one blocked, one sent with a cover sheet.

The only setup step people got stuck on was the API token. There is now a step-by-step page with screenshots.

FaxDesk is the desk; your fax service is the line. We published the list of services whose inbox a PC can ask for new faxes - tested, planned, and not-yet - and a one-line form to say which one you have.

The first public release. Download one EXE, double-click, open the page it gives you.

A fax from +18185550177 tells you nothing. Name the number once - Dr. Alvarez Ortho, Anthem - and every fax from it arrives with the name on it from then on.

Open a fax and it is yours; hand it to a person or a team with one click.

Drop a PDF, pick who it goes to (the address book remembers), add a line for the cover sheet, confirm the full number once.

Upload your logo once and every outgoing fax leads with a clean cover: your office, to, from, subject, your note, a disclaimer line if you want one.

Incoming and outgoing faxes are kept for a number of days you set (60 and 60 to start), then removed.
Something you want next? Tell us - the desk that built this still asks for things weekly, and the list is short.
