FaxDesk queues it and a background worker sends it within the minute, retrying on its own when the line is busy. Every send gets a printable confirmation page; failures say why in plain words - and since v1.1 the row tells you whether the other machine actually took it.
The sent log is searchable by name, number, subject or date, and keeps the document for as long as you choose to keep sent faxes.
