Everyone sees To handle, New, Mine, Unassigned, All, Spam - and a red count in the browser tab when something is waiting for them. No login, no passwords: a name picker, on trust, the way a small office actually works.
On the whole-office plan every desk in the building opens the same page, so "who has the referral from Valley Ortho?" is answered by looking, not asking.
Free for one desk. One file, no installer, nothing leaves your PC but the fax.
