- Done is one click. If you want to say why - filed, forwarded, called them - tap a chip after. Optional, never a form.
- Done for all of these: tick several faxes, close them together.
- Junk now offers to block the sender in the same breath. Blocking stays on your PC and is reversible from the Spam view.
- New colours (ledger blue and vermilion), a new tray icon, and the same single EXE - no installer.
Why a reason at all? Because three weeks later somebody asks "what happened to the Anthem fax?" and the answer is on the row: Done - forwarded - Maria - Oct 1.
How it works at the desk
- Open the fax, or don't - Done works from the list.
- Press Done. The row closes.
- Want to note why? Tap + why and pick a chip. That's it.
