FaxDesk is the desk; your fax service is the line. It runs on a PC in your office, so it needs a service it can ask for new faxes (most can). Here is where each stands. Tested means real faxes went out and came in through FaxDesk. Planned means we have read the service's instructions and the plumbing fits; the connector is not written yet - tell us you want it and it moves up the list. Untested connectors will say so in Settings; if you hit a snag, message us and we will sort it with you.
