Whole office

Free FaxDesk runs on one PC. The whole-office plan opens that same page to every desk on your office network - one fax line, one inbox everyone sees, one send log, names on who did what.

One payment. Every PC in your office. Free updates. Nothing to cancel; the free single-PC version keeps working either way.

What changes

• Settings > Whole office: paste your licence key, tick "Open to the office network", restart FaxDesk.
• Every desk opens http://<that-pc-name>:8750 - no install on the other desks.
• The name picker appears; incoming faxes can be assigned; "always send this sender to Susie" rules.

How the key works

You get a key tied to your email. FaxDesk checks it on your PC; nothing phones home, nothing is collected. Lose it? Email us and we send it again.

Questions

Do other desks need Python or the EXE? No - just a browser on the office network.

Is it safe to open on the network? It is your office LAN only; FaxDesk is never reachable from the internet unless you make it so. No password in this version - the same trust as a shared fax machine.
